General Conditions of Sale
Atlanta Divorce and Custody Law Firm, LLC
Effective Date: November 1, 2026
1. WHO WE ARE
These General Conditions of Sale ("Conditions") apply to every purchase of a digital product from Atlanta Divorce and Custody Law Firm, LLC ("the Firm," "we," "us," or "our"), 110 Habersham Drive, Suite 115, Fayetteville, Georgia 30214. Email: info@hblawatl.com. Phone: (678) 390-3503.
By completing a purchase, you ("you" or "the Purchaser") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Conditions. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
2. PRODUCTS COVERED
These Conditions apply to digital products sold through this website, including the Georgia Divorce Prep Kit, and to any free guides, checklists, or other resources delivered through this website (together, the "Products"). Products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. No physical product is shipped.
3. NO LEGAL ADVICE; NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
The Products are general educational and organizational resources. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your individual circumstances.
Purchasing, downloading, or using a Product does not create an attorney-client relationship with the Firm, Samantha A. Holloway, Esq., or any attorney associated with the Firm. An attorney-client relationship is created only when the Firm agrees to accept a matter and a written engagement agreement is signed and any required payment is made.
Because no attorney-client relationship is created, the protections that apply to an attorney-client relationship, including confidentiality and attorney-client privilege, do not apply to your purchase or to any information you provide in connection with it. Do not send confidential information about your situation through the purchase process.
Laws, court rules, procedures, forms, and websites change, and individual facts matter. The Products may not reflect the most current legal developments. Consult a licensed Georgia attorney about your specific situation.
4. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to make a purchase. Products are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are the prices shown at checkout at the time of your order. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order you have already completed.
6. DELIVERY
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your Product on the confirmation page and by email at the address you provide at checkout. Delivery is normally immediate. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at info@hblawatl.com. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for downloading and saving your files.
7. REFUNDS
Because Products are digital and are delivered immediately, all sales are final and refunds are not provided once a Product has been delivered, except in the following situations:
(a) You were charged more than once for the same Product;
(b) The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within five (5) business days of your written request; or
(c) A refund is required by applicable law.
To request a refund under this section, email info@hblawatl.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase with your name, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
8. CONSULTATION CREDIT
The purchase price of a Product is not a payment toward legal services and is not credited toward any consultation fee, flat fee, or retainer unless the Firm states otherwise in writing.
9. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
All Products, including their text, worksheets, design, and format, are owned by the Firm and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. When you purchase a Product, the Firm grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, fill in, and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, post online, modify for distribution, or use any Product for commercial purposes, or provide it to anyone else, without the Firm's prior written permission. Any unauthorized use automatically ends your license.
10. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely responsible for how you use the Products and for any decisions you make. The Products do not tell you what to file, how property will be classified or divided, what custody arrangement to request, or how a court will rule. You agree to use only records, accounts, devices, and information that you own or are lawfully authorized to access, and not to use the Products for any unlawful purpose.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. The Firm does not guarantee any particular result from using a Product.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm, its attorneys, staff, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, any Product. The Firm's total liability for any claim relating to a Product will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.
13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND RESOURCES
Products may refer or link to government websites, court systems, and other third-party resources. The Firm does not control those resources and is not responsible for their content, availability, fees, or accuracy.
14. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS
We collect the information you provide at checkout, such as your name, email address, and payment information, to process your order, deliver your Product, and provide customer support. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. When you make a purchase or request a free resource, you agree to receive emails related to your order and educational emails from the Firm. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
15. CHARGEBACKS
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at info@hblawatl.com so we can try to resolve it. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback for a Product that was delivered as described may result in termination of your license to use that Product.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Conditions or a Product shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Fayette County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17. CHANGES TO THESE CONDITIONS
We may update these Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
18. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any part of these Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. These Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Firm regarding your purchase of a Product.
